Utilize A Diverse, Inclusive Supply Chain and Workforce

  • Vistra has established a 25% minimum diverse contracting target for the construction phase 

  • Identified approximately $225 million worth of expected eligible contracting opportunities (non-eligible spend includes sole-source items like solar panels & batteries) 

  • Company officials have already begun prequalifying diverse-owned contractors, vendors and suppliers to bid on opportunities 

  • Vistra to hold contractors and vendors accountable for over or under performance on our 25% contracting goal diverse-owned businesses and will factor performance into future opportunities.

Built With Union Labor

  • Vistra has committed to construct and operate the renewable energy centers with union labor 

  • Vistra will hold labor entities accountable through agreements and expect a diverse workforce at job sites and that unions will offer apprenticeships
